School-Home Support

Overview of work

School-Home Support provides personalised support to pupils and their families to improve school attendance, behaviour, and engagement in learning. Partnering with schools, local authorities and services, School-Home Support looks beyond the classroom to understand and tackle the wide range of complex issues affecting children’s learning, such as poverty, inadequate housing and mental ill-health. School-Home Support employs expert practitioners to work with families so that they can resolve future issues independently, breaking intergenerational cycles of deprivation.
